As a Test Automation Group Manager my duties include:
- coordination of the team work and task distribution;
- writing internal tools for work automation, e.g. ASP.NET Core bot service triggered by Azure DevOps webhooks to help diagnose the cause of an autotest failure; or PowerShell monitoring scripts to gather some useful information for further processing or to perform maintenance jobs, e.g. browsers update routine;
- maintaining of the autotests codebases for several web portal projects (Selenium WebDriver actively used) – writing new autotests, fixing existing ones and keeping the whole architecture clean;
- maintaining NuGet-packages consumed by other test automation teams, helping them to build their autotests related with web portals automation;
- analyzing autotests failures and handling them.
